Is it possible to reset the clicks of a link?

is not possible to reset clicks on ClickMeter's tracking-links. Unlike other tracking systems ClickMeter allows you (and your partners / clients) to be absolutely sure of the number of clicks generated on a single link that's why you cannot erase the clicks. What you can do is delete the old link and start tracking with a new one.
